Was looking for 5 seater WAV with specifics about the wheelchair user positioning. Grace and Sinead were really quick to answer all the Q's and sort out the booking.
Following this, on the date of delivery, the van that was supposed to be delivered had a windscreen damage on the way.
The driver was quick to update and the team managed to deliver by evening! This was super helpful, given we had to start our trip the following day.
Although I ranted about the replacement wav as it seemed dated and noisy.. it got us to Cornwall and back without any issues!
Good job at sorting out a replacement wav at such a short notice. Thanks and keep up the good work!
Definitely coming back if it comes to a WAV hire in future. Very prompt, friendly and reliable team.
